You can book an appointment with us by visiting us in store or on our website by clicking on the "BOOK AN APPOINTMENT" option. You’ll be taken to our online bookings calendar.
Are walk-ins accepted or is it strictly by appointment only?
We do accept walk-ins where possible, but it's recommended to book an appointment to ensure timely service.

Monday (every other): 9.30am - 5.30pm
Tuesday to Friday: 9.30am - 5.30pm
Saturday: 10.00am - 5.00pm

It's always a good idea to bring any previous prescription glasses or contact lenses you have.
How long does an Eye Examination take?
Around 30 minutes in length

What if I experience discomfort with my glasses after the fitting?
